Two People, Including Good Samaritan, Killed in Multi-Vehicle Crash Event

Hot Springs, AR -- A 42-year-old man was killed after he stopped to help an accident victim on Martin Luther King Expressway.  The 29-year-old woman who had lost control of her car and hit a wall was standing outside the car when another vehicle, driven by a 71-year-old man, rear-ended the crashed car, killing the woman and throwing the 42-year-old man over the wall and into opposing traffic, where he was hit by another vehicle. Two other people were taken to the hospital.
